Sodium question - sorry, I can't find the answer!

This may be obvious, but I'm still just getting started on my diet! I've been tracking my calories this week and I've noticed how much sodium is in some of the foods I'm eating. I looked around, but I can't seem to find a definitive answer to this question?

What should be my limit of mg's of sodium intake each day for a 1200 cal diet?

There is no sodium recommendation based on weight. However the RDA suggests Americans take in less than 2400 mg per day. We don't need 2400 mg, our bodies require far less than that but that is the acceptable limit (for right now). People with high blood pressure, heart disease and some people with certain ethnic backgrounds, age groups, and some other medical conditions should aim for less than 1500 mgs a day which is actually probably better for everyone.

Add more fruits and veggies to your diet and you will watch the sodium content lower naturally!

You also get conditioned to eating less salt. I don't add salt to anything while I'm eating now, and when cooking, add the least amount as I can. Also not salting boiling water for pasta, potatoes etc. is good way to cut a little bit out. A little bit here and there adds up.

play toon blast on pc

It gives you seven bomb blocks that destroy everything around them. Nine blocks turn into a disco ball and sweep away all blocks of the same color.
