how to lose..........
how to lose your love handles?
Thu. Jun 7, 10:11am
You can't target where you want to lose fat. Your body puts it on wherever it wants to, and takes it off wherever it wants to. Exercise can help define a certain muscle group, but if it's covered with fat, then that's what you want to work on.
Walking is a great fat burning exercise. Adjusting your diet may help as well.

This is a trouble area for me, too (am now lean about everywhere else). Cardio, cardio, cardio, as it's true you can't target fat loss. But you CAN target muscle development. One machine that seems to be helping is the Precor elliptical machine with the arm attachments: put your hands lower on the arm bars to work our your lower mid/back section. Good luck!

While cardio is important, it tends to burn carbohydrates for energy moreso than say walking.
Try walking! It's great for fat loss.

High Intensity Interval training burns more fat after than walking for an hour. You do it in less than 30 minutes. You couple that with resistance and weight training to tighten up and your good to go.

lose weight, and you'll lose your love handles.
I know of folks that have done the liposuction, and when you gain the weight back, it comes back all lumpy. So definitely lose weight the old fashion way.
Eat better, pick up the movement.
Good luck!
