Never maintained healthy habits?

This group is perfect for beginners. I'm dedicated, motivated, and here to offer support. Yet I'm also real. I don't advocate starvation or extreme deprivation. My personal philosophy is that everything in moderation is good....and I want to share delicious ways for you to incorporate more healthy foods into your diet. As for my opinion on exercise? You've got to do it to see and feel results! However, I'm also real in this area as well. Who has the time to exercise-- and does anyone really think it's enjoyable?
