Book recommendations?

Does anyone have recommendations for good books? I'm really interested in both nutrition and kinesiology(a mix of human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, exercise physiology, exercise psychology and sociology, and history and philosophy of sport), both from the applied, more practical point of view as it applies to all of us PTers, as well as the more academic side of it.

I liked Walter Willet's Eat, Drink and Be Healthy. It's stronger around nutrition than kinesiology. He's an MD affiliated with Harvard Medical School and his specialty is public health nutrition. So he really knows what he is talking about.

For kinesiology...things tend to be written in such a general audience..but I found Body For Life for women somewhat helpful. It's by Pamela Peake and she is another MD with public health focus. She'a all over the TV.

I also like Miriam Nelson's books too...again they are a bit general but she's a strong academician...think she was Tuft's affiliated. Her focus is on strength training...but her recommendations are based on substantial research.
