Super 100s

Girl! We are going to be good friends. I too want to lose 100 pounds overall. I'm currently 242 also. I'm focused on losing 2 pounds per week, EVERY week until my November wedding. That is 50 pounds. I'll also take anything else that does want to stick around! I started Weight Watchers last week. I lost 4 pounds at my weigh-in on Tuesday morning. I was psyched! I have always been a bit of a yo-yoer (10-15 pounds swing.), but the last 3 years have been really bad. 3 years ago, I had a trainer for 4 months. I loved it! It was like I was training for my PERSONAL OLYMPICS! I went from 190 to 168, lowered my fat %, as well as gained muscle. But good muscle. Sexy muscle. After Hurricane Jeanne & Frances in the Fall of 2004, everyone in Palm Beach start to gain weight or got prego. There was no fruits or veggies. Everything was processed boxed or bagged food in the grocery stores. The fast food restaurants were truckin food in like crazy. The fast food lines were out of control. Anyway...blah...blah...excuses...excuses. Now it is time to get on the right page for the rest of my life. I love my finace so much & we both want to lose for each other & our futures with our own family. Join my group. Weight Watcher-Palm Beach. I would love to have someone else with a sense of humor. I don't want gastro either. In my mind, I know there is a skinnier person inside of all this blub! I will no longer be one french fry away from pushing up daisies! LOL. Have a great night! Good luck! Keep in touch. -Stacy
