Does anyone know a good way to tone inside of thighs or the back of them. Most I want to know a good way to tone the inside...

When I had back problems my physical therapist recommended a recumbant bike and so I bought one and started riding it for 20-30 m inutes a night. After 2 weeks I had a visibly firmer behind and my inner thighs really jiggled less. There may be other exercises that help as much but that was a dramatic example to me. I wasn't even trying for those results and all I did was turn on the tunes and pedal away - it was really quite easy for such a small time investment.

There are also leg exercises on some weight machines - one where you squeeze in (I call it the "prude,") and one where you press apart (I call it the "slut." Not to offend anyone; that's just what I call the exercise in my head! I think it's funny.) And leg lifts, etc. The "prude" definitely works the inner thigh!

My workout buddy calls those the "good girl" "bad girl" machines. lol Technically, they are the thigh adduction and abduction machines. Get a member of the staff to show you how to use any equipment that is new to you.

sorry but what is a recumbant bike? Is that the taller one in the spin classes or the regular one with the chair type seat?
