Has anyone tried this, what did you think?

I tried it and didn't notice any difference. It tastes good though. But I don't drink caffiene, so didn't want to keep it up. Now maybe I'll have one cup in the morning (instead of the suggested one at breakfast and one at lunch) and maybe there's something to be said for this, or green tea's ability to speed metabolism, but I came to the same conclusion that I always less, work out more. Sadly....;o)

Wu-long tea = oolong tea = what you get in most Chinese restaurants

Oolong tea is tea that is fermented less than regular black tea. It is midway in antioxidants and flavor between green and black tea. You can buy oolong at any grocery store that has a semi decent selection of tea. There are super pricey oolongs that rarely leave Taiwan where they are connoisseur teas, but they are no more a health miracle than any other tea.

Of course any true tea is pretty healthy.
