i need help and support to lose weight!!!
I need somone to help me through this i have no energy and i am about 60 lbs over weight i have to take chlosteral med. i dont want to take that forever. I need someone to tell me how to eat right i got the exercising down, just can't seem to learn how to eat right.

I'm interested in hearing some of the comments on this thread myself. I know I got a couple of books on the South Beach diet. It had a lot of tips as far as what to eat and what not to eat. They seemed pretty practical. There's good fat and bad fat. It's very important to know which foods contain the good vs. bad fats. I also got a link from one of my group members http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ Your BMI will tell you were you are as far as healthy weight. Your BMR will tell you what your calorie intake should be to maintain your weight. Of course you'll want to exercise to burn some of those calories off and probably eat closer to the number of calories for the weight that you WANT to be. That's my thoughts anyways.
