Weight Watchers Core Plan

Hi, I just joined and I'm doing the WW Core Plan. I always did points, but want to try this one. It is very easy they say, but very confusing for someone who is used to the points. I found this Peertrainer site and thought I'd look for some help.

Hi there

Hi there i am doing the Weight Watcher Points what is the diffrence between that and Core just wondering. I would love to be an online outlet for you someone you can count on to give you support and motivation and encouragment. I am a stay at home mom I have two children and i have alot of weight to lose i would love to have others to do this with someone who can also give me support motivation and encouragment. I think having a daily poster would be more benificial someone to keep tabs on you is that possible for you to log on daily?
