Christian Women 50+ want to loose weight

Hi - I also am a 50+ Christian woman needing to lose weight. I have tried it all and though I have lost weight, I never seem to be able to keep it off. I am doing Weight Watchers --this seems to fit my life style better than any other plan. Are you following a particular plan? I will keep you in my prayers - please pray for me--I have a total of 114 lbs to lose and it has taken me a year to lose 26 lbs. I am working hard to lose the remaining 88 lbs and then to keep it all off. I am setting short term realistic goals - I have found that that helps. My current short term goal is to lose 20 lbs by the end of Oct. God Bless

I'm actually in my 40's but am leaning toward the Maker'sDiet based primarily on the dietary guidelines of the old testament. Focus is on eating natural foods, meats, fruits, and vegetables.
