good sources of magnesium, calcium and potassium?
i'm looking for a good alkaline rich/ non-animal source of minerals. can I get this from a food or should I be looking for a supplement? Do mineral supplements work?

you can make a smoothie with berries, melon and soy milk with a little soy yogurt for texture. yum yum. below is a link to a page with a list of alkaline-rich foods. the page linked to has a lot of stuff for sale, but i was able to ignore the sidebars and gather the info i was interested in with no problem. (please don't label me a spammer, i am giving you fair warning now that the site is a sponsored site.)
