Walk. Walk for an hour around your neighborhood or on the treadmill. My doctor told me it's the safest form of exercise for pregnant women. Plus it will help you sleep better at night.

3-4 hours of walking @ 3mph, depending on your weight and the calories in the ice cream.

Thanks-I plan on walking tonight for 30ish min...depending on the weather; )
I will be sure to get in 3-4 hrs this week to "make up" for the icecream though!

When I was pregnant with my son I tried to control my INCREDIBLE chocolate cravings with chocolate whipped cream! it worked for me....YES i did sometimes eat the whole can hehe but thats the great thing about it...even the whole can is only 225 cals! Theres a bunch of sugar ofcourse, but unless you eat reduced sugar icecream...its about the same as 14oz I would think.
Also...if you are up for it: DANCE! It keeps ya moving, but is still low impact. and the baby responded to the movement. it was fun to dance around the house(despite the swollen ankles hehe)

Not to go too off topic with this, but OP don't worry too much about going over the traditional number for your pregnancy weight gain if you are being healthy overall. My sister gained 50 pounds with her first baby and lost all but 5 of it by 6 weeks after the baby was born. And she wasn't living at the gym or only eating salads or anything like that. :)
