What do you consider to be your flaws?
..........and do you think people notice it?
I have big arms. I'm about a size 4 or 6 and my arms are huge. I lost a lot of weight but have some loose skin on them. I think people notice, how could they not! LOL

I have many flaws, I have never had a flat stomache and never will after having 4 kids the flabb on my belly has just gotten worse. I also have strech marks on my arms that keeps me from wearing tank tops or short sleeves. I wear a size 9 and really would not care if I wore size 1 there is so much wrong with my body.

THIS QUESTION IS TERRIBLE! why bring us down on this beautiful weekend?! while i acknowledge that self-awareness is a good thing, many people who are struggling to lose weight have poor self-esteem and low self-confidence. to have people focus on their flaws deepens some of these feelings. can we maybe tweak the question a bit: how about "what are you most looking forward to improving?" while basically the same question, it has a different thought process involved and leaves one with a feeling of promise, anticipation, hope instead of dread, self-loathing and inferiority. i am looking forward to the day when i have only a single chin.

10:14...your post cracks me up -- after ranting about the question, you then answer it. (By the way, I agree with what you say about the negativity of the question).
I think my biggest physical flaw is my arms. I just don't think they look nice even when I'm a normal weight because of all the moles and prickly skin, and right now they're not shrinking in proportion with the rest of me so they're an unpleasant reminder of my former enormity. As long as I don't wear a tank top, I don't think anyone notices. And I've never owned a tank top.

My biggest flaw is my lack of tolerance and patience. As far as a physical flaw I would say that the physical isn't so much part of something we can call flawed its more then that. We can always change our appearance.

my flaws
Oy, I am always stepping on other people's toes in conversations, cutting them off, etc. I just get so excited to share ideas that I sometimes quit listening at inappropriate moments.
