The Firm DVD's

Does anyone do these video's and do you see results and do they kick your ass?

I used the firm for abs. I was in pretty good shape and could only handle 3 days without being terribly sore. I liked it though, and the results are pretty good. You won't grow a 6-pack overnight, but it's a good feeling.

I just ordered this last week. I'm anxious for it to arrive. I used to take step classes at my gym 3-4 times/week and loved it and had great results. It's like with any exercise, you just have to stick with it.

I have had great results with these videos. They are tough, but not totally ass-kicking. You can always add more weights to make it more challenging, or use lighter weights if it's too hard. My favorite is Complete Aerobics and Weight Training (Emily Welsh is the main instructor).

I use the Transfirmer Series and love it. Be sure to stick to the schedule though and don't over do it b/c the videos really do challenge your muscles and they need a break!
