must have supplements you swear by

I just wanted to know what supplements everyone takes in part to eating healthy.

I take Fish liver oil, L carnitine(liquid), Multivitamins (liquid) and Lipo 6 fat burner, sports pharma chocolate whey protein shake mix.

Lipo 6 fat burner?? tell me more.. I'm always so suspicious of these type supplements, BUT Monica Brandt has mentioned this before which makes me think twice about it.

lipo 6 is the number 1 fat burner out on the market these days. With that said there is no magical pill to lose weight or to be healthy. We have to eat right, exercise regularly and add these supplements to help us along. Lipo 6 is great it is gel capsule and has 6 different type of fat burners that help speed up ur metabolism. Do your homework on it. Its not for everyone. I use it and find it effective.

i take a multi-vitamin in the morning with breakfast; at night I take a b-complex (esp. for the biotin - helps with hair and nails), and fish oil

I swear by 5-HTP. Now, it isn't a diet supplement, but I tend to be drawn to bad carbs because of low seratonin. 5-HTP is an amino acid that gets turned into seratonin, and it works great for me. It gives me energy to work out, and keeps me from craving the bad foods. I don't think people who are on anti-depressants should take it though.

cranberry pills 3x per day. i am super-prone to bladder infections and the pills seem to keep me healthy.
