log, log, log. getting out of denial is the first step! if you are not ready to log these "bad" foods in the part everyone can see, why not write them in the "my notes" section. no one can see that. and log your feelings or what was going on when you ate these foods. soon you will see a pattern emerge and you'll be able to prepare the next time you are in that mindset. also - don't forget "everything in moderation". please enjoy some of these high fat and calorie foods every now and then and you'll be less likely to feel shame when doing so b/c you've chosen to eat them (not just feeling compelled).
good luck, i feel your pain, b/c i am a private person too and it was a big leap to even join PT.

Don't be afraid to log your cheats and be real with yourself, log how you are feeling and why you think you cheated. Then study your logs. I am a cheater and doing this helped me over some real cheat hurdles. We are all struggling. I think there is even one for cheaters. If not I'll be happy to start one. So, there will be one, one way or the other. Find a team you are at home with so you can get the support you need. We are not here to judge, but to encourage.

if you are not logging the "cheat" foods out of embarrassment, you could try starting a private team with just yourself and as you become more comfortable and accepting of your self and your habits, open up the group. i try to remind myself that although it may not seem like it sometimes, the bad foods are a symptom not the cause of the problem...at least with me.
