I want Tips on Staying Motivated with a Healthy Lifestyle

Hey everyone,

I wan advice from those of you who have maintained a healthy lifestyle over time. I have been on and off with my fitness and eating habits & I find myself struggling with motivation. Also i have tried a bunch of different things.

What are some strategies that have helped you stay on track? Do you have any tips for managing busy schedules while still making time for exercise and healthy meals?
