deceptive title-it is really 11 days

The one day fat flush includes a 7 day prequel diet (no refined foods, caffinated beverages, grains, plus required amounts of protein and specific veggies each day) and a 3 day sequel, so it is not as easy as it sounds, and if you don't make long term changes you will regain all the weight you lose. Not knocking the program, just pointing out it is not as easy as one might think.

Fat Flush Plan

I am currently on the Fat Flush Plan...but the regular one, not the one day detox. I have not read about the one day detox, however from what I understand, it is actually more than one day.

HOWEVER, Gittleman knows what she is talking about. More and more research is proving what she has been saying for years.

Personally, I had been trying everything I could - including exercise for an hour a day, 5 days a week - and I was unable to lose the weight I gained from my pregnancy. Then I tried the FFP and I lost an average of 2 pounds a day. I know that most of this was water weight...but I felt awesome and I have not been able to lose more than 2 pounds a year.

I highly recommend you try the FFP. The first 3 or 4 days are the hardest. But the results are amazing!

It seems like more and more diets are incorporating elements of detox. Seven days of a prequel diet seems like a pretty good idea. I think we are used to the idea that "diets don't work", but in the proper context the can provide some short term value or stimulus.
