Why do I think I'm so smart. the diet I am on has me eating oatmeal every day before the gym. It gets boring and I tried a new trick today.

Instant oatmeal
and I brew a cup of passion berry-type tea and use that as the hot water!

It's sooo good and I feel like I'm having a treat! Ah, don't you love the days where you think, 'dang! I'm so smart!' Hope this is a good tip for someone.

I love Vanilla soymilk and water in my oatmeal. You don't need to add any sugar, sweet&low, splenda, etc. because the Vanilla soymilk gives it just the right amount of sweetness......yummmmm

real maple syrup is delicious in oatmeal and yes it adds calories BUT it is one of the healthiest sugars you can have.
