Sorry just my 2 cents but there is only 1 way to lose weight and it's nothing easy a quick fix.
Watch the quality and quantity of the food you eat, drink lots of water, and excercise.
You can take a pill all you want but it's not going to help... sorry.

Weight loss pills can be a good way to lose weight, if you have the mental preparation to take them. You must know that its not a life long fix and you have to back it up with a lot of good food and excersise. If it gives you a kick start I say go for one of them. I personally have used Xenadrine, and was very happy with it. Nothing is without side affects but they can be reduced. Talk to your doctor, and hopefully people on here will have some insightful advice on the topic.

Diet Pills
There are 7 different types of Diet Pills in my cupboard at this posting, and I've tried numerous others in past years. A few react like a double espresso caffeine jolt, most have no noticeable reaction, and some cause a tightness in my chest and feeling of increased anxiety. All of them cause heartburn & constipation. They are so expensive I can't bear to throw them away, but not sure what I should do with them. I just get discouraged at my slow progress, and look for a quick fix. I guess if diet pills really worked, none of the wealthy would EVER have a weight problem, and yet they are constantly battling to maintain a slim profile for the camera.
