Can yoga help you lose weight?

For me, yoga is the best workout for me. As a girl with an overweight body, yoga is a safe way to help me lose weight. It's not as painful as aerobics for me.

When I do it, I can feel my body stretch. It's quite amazing how much sweat I got when my first class was over. I knew that's my fat burning and I felt so good for all the result!

So for those who want to lose weight but have heart disease, just try yoga. It may not achieve quickly but it's safe and does help!
