Moms Get Fit!

I have a group called Moms Get Fit, all about Mothers who want to stay in shape and be a good role model for their children. There have been 2 of us for months. If you're committed to doing your log (and you want professional advice; I'm a weight management consultant), please join our group! We need some new personalities!

I am a mom of 2 boys, 3 and 18 months. I like to walk, run, and sail. How can join your group?

Just joined today

I am 39 and the mother of five. I am 5'4" and 156 as of this morning. I am hoping to get down to 130. My heaviest was 197 back in 2004 when I had my last baby. I am a stay at home mom and need to join a group with other motivated moms.

Welcome!

Hello - welcome to the newcomers. As the Monday May 14 2007 1:50 PM poster indicated, the original post is over a year old so either this group has been going for a while or it doesn't it exist anymore.

There are a couple of things you could do:
1)Go to the groups section and search for a group named Moms Get Fit. If there are any openings you can join.
2) Start your own group, by clicking on Groups at the top of the page. It will lead you through the process and you can even invite specific users.

Since there are 4 of you who have replied this week (1:06 PM, 1:50 PM, 9:15 PM, and 3:56 PM) you should start your own group with the four of you! Work out perfectly......
Good Luck!

I am a 29 year old mother of 2. I would like to loose 30 pounds by the time I am 30 (or on my way!) I need other motivated moms who are home and understand the busy mom way of life!
