yoga practice

I'm putting together a short daily yoga practice that I can do anywhere without DVDS or tapes - and thought some of you experienced folks might have a series of postures to recommend. I'm most interested in flexibility, upper body and core. Thanks!

I'd at least do a sun salutation. Probably I'd do standing to forward bend to downward dog to plank to cobra to plank to downward dog to warrior to forward bend to standing.

I'd do it 4 times, and each time I'd change my front leg in warrior.

Hope that helps!

go to

you can search through the poses by name, by body parts they work, by their therapeutic benefits or by warnings for certain conditions. they also give you tips on how to do the poses in case you are not an experienced yoga student/teacher.

I came across this today - you might want to check it out:

You can just have an audio version of a class. So no tv or DVD is needed.
