HEALTHY STAY ON TRACK CHALLENGE.. YOU IN???

i did this once before.. i started a no junk challenge a lot of you joined me. we posted in the thread daily .. so this challenge will mean different things to each of us.. so do what works for you. the meaning of this thread is to support one another,

what it means to me is the power of three

1. drink minimum 64 oz water
2. healthy choices- 80/20 rule
3. exercise- moving my body.


im coming out of a break up so i need to take care of me. our bodies are gifts and we need to treat them right.

food = fuel.. its not for comfort. its to give us energy to move our bodies

i will be checking this thread everyday. my logs are open also.

anyone is welcome.. there are no rules, you decide what you need this challenge to be for you.

this is my time.. is it yours?

started a challenge with my team on pt.. its called GREEN SEPTEMBER.. focusing on greens everyday.

yesterday went really well. i even stopped eating after 8 pm.. that's big for me i usually snack late at night.

i also drank over 80 oz of water. and went to the gym..

so yesterday was a success! how did you all do??
