Better ways to deal with all the things i have to do

Im feeling really overwhelmed. I like that you don't know me and i can just lay it out there. i feel like i'm never going to catch up or get it all done and life just passes me by. i have no joy. has anyone here felt this way?

yep - you're not alone. Try making list, prioritize, get small chunks done per day or per week. If you have at least some productivity per day or per week,that may help you feel a tiny bit better.Also, you can try natural antidepressants - supplements, exercise, etc. i know - i know - but they can actually help.

Redefine what you "have" to do, if you can. Those dishes can sit in the sink for a couple of days, the lawn can go until Saturday, etc... Put your long-term goals and wellbeing at the center of your "have-to's"; you have to work out, you have to schedule an activity with friends a couple of hours a day, stuff like that.
