Dont do it!
Go for a walk.
Right now!
Do it!
Youll feel better after ward and if possible, go get healthy food, if you are really hungry. If its just a craving, grab a stick of gum , some water and go for a walk.
Let us know how you did!
You can do it!

I second the above poster! Get out of there and take a "moving" break!! Also - drink some water! Go over your goals in your head and how far you've come with those goals from where you started! Don't cave! And please report back to let us know what worked for you so that in the future those of us faced with similar temptations can learn from your experience!! You can do it - set a good example for the rest of us!!!

OP HERE... first of all, sorry for all the typos!! The font for PT comments is just tooo tiny to see errors!
I took your advice and got up and walked around.. went to talk to a co-worker, ate one hershey kiss and drank a LARGE glass of water. I could still kill for some fries... but its just a desire now, not something i am actually consider doing!
thanks! Actually, out of all the things I did, reading feedback ad encouragement here helped the most!
