Do you think sushi can make you fat?

I feel like every time I eat sushi I'm bigger in general. But I think that's weird because I only get California rolls. I don do the really fancy ones. Is it the sauces? Does anyone have this issue?

Sushi is made with packed rice. Each piece of sushi probably contains about 1/2 cup of white rice. And California rolls contain mayonnaise. So it's not as healthy as people think.

i think any food can make you fat if you eat an excess of it.. sushi can be eaten in moderation.. its finding balance.. i eat extremely healthy, but i have a few rolls when i get chinese with some crab, shrimp steamed veg.. salad.. now i want chinese with seaweed salad.. lol

now with that said.. i do have a bit if bloat but drink water .. it goes down.

fish is full of toxins- metals, radiation, parasites. A lot of the health experts I work with do not eat fish themselves- or of they do, it has to be cooked.

That said, I eat sushi all the time. And im about 15 pounds heavier than I need to be.
