I have used PeerTrainer in the past and had great success with it. I was having a hard time finding open groups with active members though, so I created this one. The only requirement is that you are active and willing to check in everyday! Let's get healthy together! (:

Newbie

I am relatively new to peer trainer. I am doing the 2 week cleanse that started yesterday. I see a personal trainer once a week and I am a runner. Looking to lose weight and just eat healthier, I am also a lacto-ovo-vegan and having a hard time figuring out what to eat since all the meals are all animal or legume based.....would love to join a team but would need to know where to go to log in.

hey Jodie.. if you click on the link it will take you to a very active supportive group. we have challenges going on.. we support, but give kicks when needed.. we check logs on each other and tell it like it is.. we are like family..hope you join us!!

as far as your diet.. check out eat to live.. its by DR Fuhrman. plant based..btw our team all do there own thing some eat meat some us of don't some eat dairy and eggs.. some don't.. no judgement zone..you choose your plan.. we support you and help you stick to it.
