The Cheat System, anyone tried it? Results?

I am going to start this Cheat System today..... think it looks pretty simple and very healthy! I love edamane, quinoa and berries.... shouldn't be that hard. I can even have a little wine now and then and supposdely still lose weight! Anyone have experience with it?

yes, I've dabbled with it from time to time, but never long term. I'm giving it a serious go this time around.

be aware that adding heavy amounts of veggies (fiber) on a daily basis may affect your system intensely the first 3 to 5 days. your body will adjust. drinking lots of water to compensate for increased fiber in diet helps move things along, so to speak. you might find yourself going to the bathroom more ;)

Jackie, thanks for the info.... yes;, I am excited to give it go, full throttle this time. Someone said there is version 6, newer list, updated? How do I get that? Mine is at least a year old, prob. older.
