Thank you! I feel less stressed out now about the process.

I've fallen into both/all of these categories depending on where I am in my weight loss, fitness journey. I realize, for me, I have to eat differently when I am in fat loss mode, as opposed to training for a marathon mode. I have been at different points on this eating continuum. It just depends on my needs, and where I am at, in any particular point of time.

I am not so rigid with absolute rules now and realize I have different needs at different times. Today, I am focusing on the fat loss part of the equation for myself.
