Exercises for legs
I have really strong lean legs. Well until you get to the top portion, then they look a little jiggly. How do i tighten up that area? I do squats 4-5 days a week and eat healthy. I dance at jazzercise and walk. My job makes it so i am on my feet for 5-10 hours and constantly moving( I am a chef). What exercises should i do to tighten and tone my upper legs to give them a leaner stronger look? The rest of me looks pretty good.

i suggest lunges, you could pretty much do that anywhere, just go somewhere, where it's a straight path and start doing lunges until your knee touches the ground.
also. there's stair. good for the calves. then theres the chair. jump on it with one leg go high up in the air then switch to the other one.

I have big calves from years of horseback riding, there is nothing I could do to get rid of them, they are part of who I am. Embrace it. I don't really work out my calves much on legs day, so the rest balances out more.

Cardio exercises are the best for the legs.
You can do running, jogging, swimming, cycling, and jumping a rope to get shaped, and stronger legs.
