check this out !!! We have done this once before it was successful, but also an eye-opening experience learning about yourself.....
It really is not as hard as it sounds,
**no junk food
**log daily
**increase or intesify your work-outs, everyday except, Mon, Wed & Fri..(normal work-outs those days)..... and you do need to keep this personal, you know what you are doing now just step it up, you don't need to copy anyone...
