Mixed Feelings About My Weight Loss
In the past year I've lost 64 lbs, and still have another 100+ to go. I'm proud of my achievement and very happy with the healthy changes I've made. There are no doubts in my mind about being able to meet my goal.
However, I'm noticing that as I lose weight, even though I'm doing it slow and steady, my skin is hanging in a very unattractive way. My previously big round belly is now soft flabby skin grazing the tops of my thighs. My previously big round upper arms are now flabby bat-wings.
I'm limited by certain disabilities as to what kinds of exercises I can do, and I'm thinking maybe it's the ones I can't do that are what I really need to be doing. :-(
Is there anybody else who began more than 100 lbs overweight, is losing around 4 lbs a month, AND has managed to tighten up the skin as you go along? Please share your secrets!
Thanks.

I released close to 200 pounds. I do have a bit of bat arms , but alot of people do, but by the grace of God and exercising no apron of skin.. I really think weights helped me in firming things up and slow weight loss nothing fast or rapid.

Sometimes I lost 8 pounds a month and sometimes only 1. You have to keep going because otherwise you are gaining. You know?
