Fruit! What did you eat today?

I had a big bowl of fruit for breakfast,
Blackberries, watermelon, pineapple, blueberries & kumquats. YUM!!!

I'm so glad that summer is coming soon-- Can't wait to try some other fresh fruit that's in season!

i had a half banana today , is fruit good for the diet or do they have to many sugars in them ? what fruits are better for losing weight??

I think fruit helps, because they are natural sugars and are full of vitamins and fiber. They help (like veggies) to fill you up with good stuff, vs. eating processed foods! Anything high in fiber is probably better than those that are more sugary.

I always start the day with a bowl of fruit and a yogurt - generally a banana, apple, satsuma, grapes, kiwi fruit, pear etc....I use a variety of textures to add the the excitement(!). And i top it all off with a generous helping of natural yogurt.....yum! Keeps me going all morning!
