Team Couch to 5K

This is a call to all those on peertrainer who are following the couch to 5k program. And to those who have recently taken up running whether as novices or with previous experience.

Come and join the Couch to 5K team! It's a "team" as opposed to a group (new peertrainer feature) so we can have unlimited members! Ideal for us to swap tips and support each other on our runs...

Anyone who runs already or is starting running is welcome to join - I anticipate that most of our chatting will be about workouts and strategies in learning to run, increasing endurance or getting faster: basically running related issues.

There are some experienced runners there already, so you should find like minds (apologies if you get bored reading about how I and other beginners are getting exhausted after the first 5 minutes!)
