June Shape Workout Artical
The June issue of shape has a Summer Shapeover work out that is supposed to be done in 28 days. I'm goign to start in Monday April 3rd, so I was just wondering if anyone was going to try it or already had, and what y'alls thoughts on it are.

I haven't bought this issue yet. What does the program include? Cardio workouts or weight training?

It includes both cardio and weight trainning.

Monday
Cardio-Leg day
BodyZone(weights)-Legs+Abs
Tuesday
Cardio-Butt Buster
BodyZone-Arms + Shoulders
Wednesday
Cardio- Rolling HIlls
BodyZone- Chest+Aba
THursday
Cardio-Treadmill Psrints
Bodyzone- Butt
Friday off
Saturday
Cardio-Hold Steady
BodyZones- Back + Abs
Sunday off
each cardio is outlined and each body zone has about 2 or 3 exercises

11:00 poster here, sounds good. I think I will have to pick it up. I am on the couch to 5k prgogram now and just getting finished so I need a new challenge. Thanks for the idea!
