Hello Everyone!
Since joining PT i have learned the importance of goal setting as means of keeping ourselves accountable. This means including goals that are not only 'number related' but trancend into making our lives better! Heres mine:

1)- Stick with Eat to Live program for the full 2 months (past the 6week commitment) & trying each day to MEET and exceed goals within this program
2)- Totally give up Bingeing and Obsession with Desserts- remember they are always there if you want them, but you don't need them and they will not control your life anymore
3)- Focus on Toning and Challenging yourself EVERYDAY! do not give up
4)- Always Remember how far you have come and how much farther you have left to come
5)-Accept your Body Image as Healthy/Beautiful/Confident and Strong and share that positive energy with others.
