I'm not eating pork or beef anymore

Hello All,
I need to lose some weight badly. I stop eating pork and beef(personal reason). I was doing Tae Boe boot camp but I got frustrated with it. I have an eliptical at home and I don't know if I should just join a gym. Any advice?

Do you use your elliptical at home? If not, joining a gym may be worth it for you. I also have an elliptical at home but because of family distractions and the fact that its easier to sit on the couch, I stopped using it. I find going to the gym easier for me. Also, you may want to think about time restraints, will you have time to get to the gym?

Keep in mind that not eating pork and beef is a lifestyle choice, NOT a diet.

Replace this protein with other lean protein, like chicken breast or soy. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies. I gained 15 pounds when I stopped eating animal products (meat, cheese, eggs) because I loaded up on carbs.

Maybe there is an activity you prefer, like dancing, biking or an aerobics class, that will seem like fun rather than exercise.
