portion control never goes out of style

we have a new blog post that prints a comment from one of the teams on the site. The person was talking about despite being on a high nutrient, vegan diet they still needed to bring focus back to portion control. It is such a basic thing, but it really bears repeating.

Please tell us some specific strategies you use for portion control, what successes and observations you have.

my strategies for portion control is eating on a smaller plate for one

I use measuring cups
and I have a electric food scale..

I eat anything I want in moderation.. I follow the three bite rule alot..

I dont believe in depriving yourself. when I deprive myself I feel like over eating. so I have a smaller portion than what I use to have..

it works for me. its helped me to release the weight I have thus far..
