Detox ideas from today's NY Post

2 hours of sleep= get a massage and do a half hour of cardio
fight with spouse= 1 hour of yoga
drank a lot= Vitamin B, six glasses water, 30 min sauna
etc etc.

They really seem to be pushing baths, vitamins, sauna, yoga and massage to help detox.

because I swim, I spend a fair bit of time in the sauna. has done wonders for my skin. Also nice because it sweats out some of the chlorine that's soaked into my skin. Spend 10 min in the sauna, then have a cold shower, then another 10 in the sauna, then go have my shower.

water is still one of the best things for detoxing though.
