Lose what you gained frst last
I have always heard that the first body area you gain weight at will be the last thing to go and the last thing you gain weight on will be the first thing to go. I always gain weight in my neck and face last, and whenever I start losing weight that is the first thing to go. Anyone else notice this?

I noticed that the extra weight I put on from having my foot in a cast this fall came off real easy - now I'm not seeing as much results with the inches and pounds that I did the first month on peertrainer. I'm not giving up though - I'm still elated with how fast I am losing inches!

just my luck... the ONLY place I am overweight is my tummy.. I already had a nice and tight set of buns and legs. unfortunately I almost look like Im pregnant due to the odd way I gained.

I'm one of the lucky ones who is proportionately fat. My waist to hip ratio says I've got a low risk for health problems while the bmi says otherwise. Kind of makes it harder to notice when you're gaining wieght though.
