Loving the olympics!

I will miss the olympics when they're over - I always find the atheletes so inspiring and, this year, watching has really kicked my butt into gear in my fitness program. I will be the best I can be, too!

I love the language around the skating : "she's such a fighter," etc.

These winter olympics do not hold my attention at all. I can't wait for the next olypmics.

I agree -- I love the way the commentators described what was taking place - fighting it out, it's tough.

I do have to say that too much time was spent on Bode Miller, There were so many other atheletes that got FAR LESS airtime and who performed much better!

"Don't believe the hype"! Anyone who would buy a commercial for themselves has let the commercialism gone to their head. Not that I am a big follower of the Downhill events, but even so, I can see he let his concentration wander and then flubbed the whole olympic experience....

(Continuation of the above)

I do agree that watching the figure skating has been an inspiration--the women there are pretty much all lean muscle!!

Bode Miller - I feel sorry for him , so immature, such a waste - so the opposite attitude of the true competitors - they really need to yank his commercials!

I love the speed skating - particuarly short track - awesome.

Apolo Ohno was one of my favorite Athelete-- no tantrums pulled when not winning and his comments about just BEING THERE being an honor--well that's shows great maturity for a 23 year old.

usually love it...

For some reason I couldn't get excited about the Olympics this year and I normally LOVE it. I might have been spending too much time watching American Idol. :)
