lets say goodbye to weekend binges!

every weekend I slip off of my diet... I do well all week and then the weekend comes and I end up eating pizza and chinese food and vegging out and feeling gross... it hasnt really sabotaged my diet but it definitely hasnt helped. every monday I find it really difficult to get back on track and its always a struggle... I know from recent posts that there are others with the same problem. So I was thinking lets all give each other some extra support and make tomorrow a really good day, lots of water, lots of tea, lots of veggies and protein and maybe an extra walk or a few extra sit ups! I know there are alot of us who give in to temptation over the weekends... would anyone be interested if I started a group specifically for that problem? "over coming the weekend!" lol let me know:)
