Software for calorie logging?

I want to get software for tracking my calories on my PC (not web based). Any recommendations?

Hi :) One of the other members recommended a great program, very visual, as a way to track calories and nutrition. Its at:

diet exercise assistant. runs on windows based pc's and you can also run it on your PDA (palm). very handy! you can log foods, exercise, water intake, body measurments, blood pressure... very easy to use, does the calculations for you, a pretty darn good food data base, and even a good exercise data base.
