Anatomy of a Diet - Day 3 Hurdle!

Do you have a particular 'rough spot' in your dieting program? Mine is day three of reduced-calorie eating, and that day is today! I AM HUNNNNGRY! ROAR!!!

I'm thankful I'm not yet posting about the plateu wasteland, though I know it will come if I'm successful ... but day three, when hunger rears its beguiling head, will test me to the limit.

Keep up the good work. Snack more often on low calorie snacks and especially fruits and veggies!

120 calories

Amy's vegtable soup is what I eat when I'm HUNGRRRRRYYYYY. It is full of fiber and only 120 calories. All of Amy's products are great.

Thanks for the encouragement! :) I really did need to get some warm food in myself to handle the hunger pangs, so your suggestions were right on! Only eight more hours to go!
