Weight Loss Graphs

Another poster reminded me of a very powerful visualization and motivation tool - a simple graph that shows calories intakes and daily weight. Any chance that PEERTraining could include two simple graph inputs for our logs?

Ohh!!! that would be an awesome tool! I've been trying to track on an excel sheet, but I think a graph online would be even better!

I'd love to see one for weight lost,
and maybe something to keep track of inches lost as well
or even exercise times & Calories consumed?

It might help to keep track of calories consume--you can see your spikes on a monthly basis.

Also, it might be motivating to see how the weight loss is progressing over the long run.

i've tried the excel sheet too :) it would be super to have the graphs here, though, as they really act as a 'reward' for me ... to see progress over time along with our blogs. Maybe a simple template that we could each modify for the things we'd like to track!
