Need good work outs

I have two children both under the age of two. It's hard to find time to work out. Any suggestions or ideas?

I work out while my little one is taking a nap. Have you tried putting in a workout video and incorporating your kids into the workout? Holding a baby while doing squats is better than holding weights and it gives you extra motivation to do just one more squat. Or you could let them play in a playpen in the room with you while you workout. I believe my children should see me workout as an example to follow when they are bigger that exercise is good for you:o)

Invest in a double stroller and take a long walk with the babies. All three of you will benefit from it and as your child grows older it will be a good example to him/her to become a healthy person too.

I have two little ones also. In spring and summer I walk and run with a double stroller. In the winter I would put them in a playpen. Now they are 2 and 3 and they know that when we go in the basement, mommy works out and they play.
I know they are learning that exercise is good for you.

Dance

I always danced with my kids. When they were babies, I would turn on music and hold the baby in my arms while I did a fast version of slow dancing, spins and dips. The baby laughed and I got exercise. The two year old can be held or can dance on his/her own...try to mirror each others movements. It's really fun!!!
