Peer Trainer..

i hate when a common thread turns into some kind of battle..
when someone posts a new thread i love reading them!
i love giving my input too! but out of everyones comments,
it seems like mine is always the 'wrong one' and i dont know why!
im not trying to be mean, its just when i give my opinion, someone else hates it! so do i shutup? leave peer trainer?
does anyone else EVER feel like this?
sorry for any conflict..that is never my intention!

cnc.. we all have different opinions.. none of us are alike that what makes this world interesting.. if somoene posts something they want feedback.. I think as long as you use tact in your opinions and are not rude in giving them.. you have every right to voice your opinion..

the op can take your advice or ignore it thats thier choice..

just remember to think before you speak

one of the things I do when I give advice.. I try to word it that if I was hearing this piece of advice from someone else.. would it offend me or would it make me stop and think.. hey maybe they have a point..maybe I can try this or do that..

just a thought that may help cut down on rude obnoxious threads.. use commen decency and answer others how you would want to be answered.

I am on many teams and most ofmy team members will tell you.. I dont sugar coat things.. I say it likeit is but I use tact in doing so as oposed to being rude and obnoxious..I also will be there to help anyone wether its a hugzzz ( my way of hugging) lol or a kick in the backside when needed.. after all isnt that why most of us are here.

ok I am putting my name to this post and the grammar police can get me.. I suck at grammer lol
