Do any of those fat burner pills help?

I know they won't do what they say on tv, but do they help at all, and if so - which ones?

okay, check it out, here is the skinny...

Like creatine which is clearly proven to boost strenth by 10% and also help acheive muscle weight gain, there are substances that will assit you in losing weight, mostly though - like creatine - they will only give you MAYBE 10% more. that is the real truth.

The best substances are caffiene & green tea (& I like synephrine) and after that you get less benefit at a higher cost, just like for supplements it is 1. protein, 2. creatine, 3. glutamine, 4. NOS with each less effective and after that you are kinda wasting your dough...

but you can go two ways with this !
You feel like it is helping so you:

1. feel like it is doing it for you so you let go and eat more and stop exercising
2. feel positive and motivated and go to the gym more and eat healthier because you feel like you are having results.

bottom line the MAIN thing by far is to eat less and exercise more - that 5-10% boost from whatever pill is really not much - I mean a couple of extra ounces ! !

to answer your question I would recommend Hydroxycut Hardcore
American Bodybuilding Speed Stack (just google 'em)
these are OC but strong and they work for me.

but really for cheap and effective you can buy some Folger's coffee and Lipton green tea and a $10 bottle of straight synephrine pills since those are the main ingredients in the majority of diet pills anyway.

Good luck and don't forget - you are buying yourself a couple of extra ounces per week at most and the more you spend the less you are getting. The most effective are the cheapest.

The only thing that burns fat is more calories out than in. That's a fact.

Try Recreate by USP Labs. It's supposed to be safe for women in half doses (one pill instead of two), but the effects based on birth control and other things have not been tested, so just be careful.

Yeah but how it works its it makes it impossible for your body to absorbe many calories because it goes through you too quickly. ie poop as soon as you eat.
