after all those conflicting
nutritional studies.
1. The Japanese eat very little fat
and suffer fewer heart attacks than
Americans.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer
fewer heart attacks than Americans.
4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine
and suffer f! ewer heart attacks than Americans.
5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of
sausages and fats
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
CONCLUSION
Eat and drink what you like.
Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

Ha ha, thanks! But seriously, we eat more chemical additives and more sugar than any of the tradiitional diets from these countries. Excess sugar is an immune suppressant and causes more inflamation in the body. The medical community is now looking at inflamation and the connection to heart disease.
We also eat more trans-fats, I'm sure than any of these countries, and those are also coming to light as very harmful.

I agree with the poster above. What we eat here is a lot of refined foods and nothing really organic.
